Personality: Chad has always been ambitious, having wanted to rise to the top since he was young. He is quite arrogant and confident in his abilities. Chad has never been one to settle, and will get what he wants with about any means necessary. He has no issue manipulating people to his own ends, and has few that he actually cares about.

Chad is also a bit of a womanizer and a flirt, having taken home girls in the past and kept them around because he was in the position of power. That all changed when he met his shining star, Cordelia.

Backstory

Chad is from a very humble background, growing up in a run-down house with parents that worked low-end jobs and had no ambition of their own. He was never satisfied with this life, so he tried to make a name for himself in any way possible. He set up a lemonade stand, tried to peddle around random junk that he found, and even tried to wash cars. One day, the answer key to an important test made its way into his hands, and people were lining up to purchase a copy. What people wanted was information.

He set out to get his footing in the business world, but his journey took a turn for the worse when his parents took out a shady loan, which nearly destroyed their livelihoods. Chad found himself in the underworld, where Russian hitman Vlad Antonov offered Chad his assistance. From there, Chad gutted the loan shark and his parents got their money back. He continued collecting information and using it as blackmail and also selling it to clients. He slept around in his free time.
