Personality: Toni considers himself a free spirit and hates being tied down. He's also an opportunist and will attempt to charm his way into freebies wherever possible. When this doesn't succeed he's not above resorting to schemes that involve varying degrees of deception. He figured that the people he dupes will recover in time and it's thus not such a big deal.
He's fairly self-centered and doesn't see the harm his leaving for long amounts of time has caused to his family. The times he visits his daughter Cordelia it happens on a whim and he barely offers any advance warning.
